What is the return policy?
All sales are final.
Due to the personal nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with your order number and photos of the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
We do not issue refunds for:
- change of mind

Velvet is a soft, luxe fabric and may attract lint. A quick brush keeps it looking fresh.
Spot clean only with mild soap and water.
Do not machine wash, soak, or tumble dry. Lay flat to dry and store gently when not in use.
Will this stop my glasses from slipping completely?
FrameBabe™ is designed to improve comfort and help guide and stabilize glasses during everyday wear. Results may vary depending on frame style, fit, and activity level. FrameBabe™ is not a medical device and does not guarantee that glasses will never move.
FrameBabe™ headbands are designed with a flexible fit and stretch back to comfortably fit babes of all ages, from kids to adults. Fit may vary slightly based on head size and personal preference.
When will I get my order?

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and carrier.
